Stacked wooden pallets

Getting started with W3ME

Here is every step, so you know what to have ready before you start.

What you need

  1. An email address you can check now.

  2. Your business name and ABN.

  3. The address you run from.

  4. The state and rego of one truck. Whichever one’s in the yard will do.

  5. A card. Nothing is charged when you sign up.

The nine steps

  1. Your country. Choose where you run.

  2. Your email. Enter it, and we send you a six-digit code. The code lasts 15 minutes.

  3. The code. Enter it. From here you have 90 minutes to finish.

  4. You. Your first name, and a password of at least 8 characters. A mobile number is optional.

  5. Your business. Its name, your sign-in address, your ABN, whether you’re a sole trader, and whether you’re registered for GST. You’ll sign in at yourname.w3me.au. Choose it with care, because it’s hard to change later.

  6. Where you run from. One address. It becomes your first depot.

  7. Your truck. Its state and registration. It becomes your first vehicle.

  8. The terms. Read how the network directory shows your business, then accept the terms.

  9. Your card. Add a card. Your workspace opens once a card is on file.

After you apply

  1. When your workspace is ready, we email you a link to it. Your depot, your truck and your own driver login are already in it.

  2. Sign in at your own address. Two-step sign-in keeps it yours.

  3. Book your first job: a pickup, a drop, a time, and one item of freight, like a pallet. You don’t need customers, zones or rates set up first.

  4. On a one-driver account, the job goes to your own phone. With more than one driver, allocate it from the board.

That’s it. You can book, price, run and invoice your first job on the same day your workspace opens, and the POD from that first drop sits on the job.

Ready when you are.

Free to start.
