Question 1

What is W3ME?

Accepted Answer

Software to run a transport business: your jobs, trucks, drivers and customers on one board, plus a network of operators you can hand work to and take work from.

Question 2

Is W3ME a TMS?

Accepted Answer

Yes. W3ME is a transport management system (TMS) and dispatch board for freight operators, plus a network between them.

Question 3

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Anyone moving freight for customers, whether you run one truck or a hundred.

Question 4

Can I sign up today?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Free to start, and Owner Drivers run free.

Question 5

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

It's free to start. See plans for the detail.

Question 6

Does it work on a phone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It runs wherever you are: the board on your phone or your desk, and a driver app that's on their phone in seconds.

Question 7

Does W3ME make decisions for me?

Accepted Answer

No. W3ME suggests and you confirm, and nothing is applied until you do. The one exception is a one-driver account, where a new job goes straight onto your own day.

Question 8

Can my customers book and track their own freight?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Give them a login and they can quote, book, follow their freight from pickup to drop, download the proof of delivery and ask an AI assistant about their own jobs, which answers from the live job.

Question 9

How does the network work?

Accepted Answer

Offer a job to another operator from the job screen. If they take it, it's on their board, and the updates and the POD come back to yours. Every operator on the network has their insurance checked.

Question 10

Can I keep track of a job I give to a subbie?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Their driver gets a link and a password instead of an app; status and the POD land on your job, and while their page is open they're on your board.

Question 11

How is driver location handled?

Accepted Answer

Live location comes from the driver app. You hold the switch, in your settings, for every driver at once. Every record kept about a driver is visible to them in their own app, with who else sees it, and location history is kept 30 days before it's reduced to anonymous route shapes.

Question 12

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Your data stays yours. Every business on W3ME is walled off at the database, everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and backups run every night to copies that cannot be altered. You can ask for an export of everything you hold.

Question 13

What happens when someone's away?

Accepted Answer

W3ME keeps watching: late jobs, missing PODs and expiring paperwork are found every 15 minutes, and the owner can get an email if the board sits untouched in working hours.

Question 14

Can I bring my existing jobs and customers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upload jobs from a spreadsheet and W3ME names every bad row; customers, sites, vehicles and drivers come in from files too.

Question 15

What can W3ME connect to?

Accepted Answer

A booking API and signed webhooks, so your own systems can send jobs in and hear back.

Question 16

Where is W3ME available?

Accepted Answer

Wherever you move freight. Built in Australia.
