Empty office chairs

When someone’s away, W3ME keeps watching.

Thursday, 5pm, and the one person who knows the gate code at the Smithfield site, which customer wants a call before the drop, and when the insurance runs out is on a plane.

Back in a week.

What W3ME watches

Every 15 minutes, W3ME looks for late jobs, proofs of delivery that haven’t come in, and paperwork about to expire. Weekends included.

Licences and insurance are flagged 60, 30 and 7 days before they run out. If the board sits untouched in working hours, the owner can get an email, and each person gets one daily digest of what needs them.

What W3ME keeps

Site hours and notes, dock instructions, prices, licences and run patterns live in W3ME, where the next person can read them, not in someone’s head.

Drivers see their posted runsheet and record every pickup and drop with no one in the office.

Customers billed on a schedule get their invoices drafted on their billing day, ready for you to check.
