Everything W3ME does, jobs, runs, planning, proof of delivery, invoicing, your customers, and the network of other operators, in one workspace. You choose how many jobs you expect to run each month, in steps of 110, at any size. Vehicles and users are unlimited, at no charge (Owner Driver: one vehicle, up to five users).

Your whole volume is priced at one rate. 330 jobs a month: 330 × $1.45 = $478.50 a month, ex-GST.

  • Jobs beyond your volume: $2.50 each, ex-GST, billed at the end of the month. We never stop your work for going over.

  • Depots: your first is included. Each further depot is $165 a month, ex-GST.

  • Paid yearly: 12 months up front, at the yearly price per job. Not available on Owner Driver.

  • 14-day money-back. Not for you? Email [email protected] within 14 days of your first invoice and we refund it in full.

AI

  • The operations assistant is included: your operations PA and advisor, in every workspace. Fair use is about 100 conversations a day; past that, answers slow down rather than stop.

  • AI Pro: the customer front desk. It takes your customers’ bookings by email and chat, answers their status questions and takes their service requests, on your behalf. $0.25 a job of your monthly volume, ex-GST ($0.21 paid yearly), on top of your plan.

  • Bring your own AI key and AI Pro has no per-job charge.

  • Setup by the assistant: $0.25 for each job and $0.05 for each client, site or vehicle record it creates for you during setup, ex-GST, billed in arrears on your next invoice. Nil with your own AI key.

How billing works

  • Card only. Your first invoice is charged when your workspace setup completes. That day becomes your billing day, and you’re charged on it every month.

  • Each invoice covers your volume for the month ahead, and jobs beyond your volume for the month just gone.

  • Raising your volume? You pay the difference for the rest of the cycle straight away, and the new volume goes live as soon as the payment clears.

  • Lowering it? The change takes effect at your next renewal. We don’t refund or credit the rest of a cycle.

  • If a payment fails, your workspace shows a warning for 7 days and keeps working. At day 7, new bookings, planning and network work pause until the card is updated; at day 14 the workspace becomes read-only. You can always read and export your records, and it reopens the moment the payment clears.

Owner Driver

110 jobs a month at $0, while your insurance is on file.

Everything W3ME does, jobs, runs, proof of delivery, invoicing, your customers, and the network of other operators, in one workspace.

The Owner Driver tier is 110 jobs a month at $0 while your current public liability insurance is on file with us. You add it in your workspace after you sign up; nothing is asked for at signup. The same policy opens work on the W3ME network. If it isn’t on file on your billing day, that month’s 110 jobs are charged at $1.65 each, $181.50, ex-GST, and the $0 price returns from the first billing day it is back on file.

Owner Driver is one vehicle and up to five users, billed monthly: it cannot be paid yearly. Like every workspace, you keep a card on file. Jobs beyond 110, a second depot and AI Pro are charged as above, and choosing a larger volume moves you onto the prices above, from Your W3ME plan in Settings.

The fine print, in plain words

  • Prices on this page are in Australian dollars and exclude GST.

  • Billing, changing your volume, depots, AI Pro, the money-back and the yearly option are set out in full in the Master Agreement (clause 6); what happens if a payment fails is in clause 7.10.

  • The terms that govern your plan are in the Master Agreement (clause 6) and, for the network, the Network Trading Terms (clause 1A). Both are at w3me.au/legal.

  • Network trades are priced separately, per job, as the Network Trading Terms set out. They are not a plan fee.
